Titanium ishalf the weight of steel for a tube of the same tensile strength and twice as strong as aluminum alloy. Titanium is also more resistant to fatigue and impact than aluminum alloys. Titanium doesnt corrode, unlike steel.

Each frame is hand welded once completed the frame is off to be heat treated.Once the process is completedframes are checked for alignment and if any adjustment is needed it is done now. After we know frameis 100% straight then it is heattreated to T-6 hardness. Our BB shell is machined after final heat-treating process to ensure a smooth installing of bottom bracket.
