When you either dont quite know what kind of rise you need, or you know that the rise depends on the distance and your sensations, you need an adjustable stem to help you find your position. Dedas ADJ Adjustable Stem is that practical tool.

Unlike fit systems, this is something you can install on your bike and ride on the road or track, and fine-tune in the field. It pivots from plus 30 degrees to negative 40 degrees, so you can go way farther than most commercially available stems will allow.

The stem is forged out of 2014 aluminum. It features chromoly screws, a removable faceplate, 31.7mm handlebar clamp, 31.8mm steerer tube clamp, and a 40mm clamp height. Available stem lengths range from 90-110mm.

This is a great way to get that last few percent of perfection in fit.
